Marketing maturity
How partners organize marketing, set priorities, invest, and align with sales.
Outspoke field study // Invitation to participate
How MSPs and Microsoft-focused service partners build visibility, support growth, and use the Microsoft ecosystem.
Why this study
Microsoft-focused service partners face a complicated commercial landscape: crowded markets, long sales cycles, technical offers, and an ecosystem full of programs that can be difficult to navigate.
We’re interviewing leaders to understand what is working, where firms are struggling, and which resources are genuinely useful. The findings will become an industry report to help partners benchmark their approach, identify common gaps, and make better go-to-market decisions.
What we’re exploring
The goal is not to grade individual partners. It is to surface patterns, practical lessons, and areas where firms may be leaving opportunities on the table.
How partners organize marketing, set priorities, invest, and align with sales.
The channels, programs, content, and customer proof producing meaningful results.
How firms use co-sell, Partner Center, Marketplace, designations, and specializations.
Where time, knowledge, budget, internal capacity, and outside support fall short.
Who we’d like to hear from
CEOs and founders, CROs, sales and marketing leaders, alliance and channel leaders, partner-program leaders, and practice leaders.
Confidentiality
You may skip any question. No confidential customer names, revenue figures, deal details, or Partner Center data are required.

The conversation
We’ll talk about your marketing priorities, sales alignment, content and customer proof, co-sell strategy, Marketplace, program benefits, and what you wish other partners knew.
